Koh Chiba

Koh Chiba has spent his career dedicated to government affairs and public service. 

He is currently a Public Affairs Leader for IKEA, overseeing trade, labor, DEI, and other issue areas important to IKEA’s business and values.

Prior to joining IKEA, Koh worked for Congresswoman Madeleine Dean serving as Senior Advisor and Chief of staff, navigating the office through many trials, including Rep. Dean’s service as impeachment manager and throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Koh also worked as Rep. Dean’s Campaign Manager during her first successful general election in 2018.

Prior to his work in Congress, Koh worked for the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives. He Served Executive Director for the Southeast Delegation, advising house democratic members Southeast Pennsylvania on legislative matters and communication strategy.

Koh is graduated from Chestnut Hill College and resides in North Wales, PA with his wife Lauren and son Arlo.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services help adults living with severe mental illness achieve goals in the living, learning, working, and/or social domains. Our programs are centered around building, and maintaining life skills in order for our participants to be a part of and contribute to the community.

P.R.E.P Individual (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Education Program): for individuals ages 18 and above

- One-on-one meetings held throughout Montgomery county, hours vary
- Individual creates a goal in the living, learning, working, or social area of their life with the help of a Hedwig House practitioner

Group Services

For individuals 18 and above

- PREP Group programming provides an opportunity for relationship building, peer support, and life-skill building based on the needs of our members. Held at our Abington and Lansdale locations, and throughout our community.

Special Housing


Through rental subsidy programs, Special Housing enables individuals and their families to find and maintain safe, affordable housing.
