Mike Jaeger has been involved with Hedwig House since 2014, when he was initially engaged to help strengthen the organization's accounting function and support the transition to a sustainable long-term finance structure. Inspired by the mission and impact of the organization, Mike became more involved and was nominated to the Board of Directors in 2015. Shortly thereafter, he was elected Treasurer, serving for two years before being elected Board President in 2018, a role he continues to hold today.

As both a board member and president, Mike has had the privilege of working alongside dedicated staff, volunteers, and fellow board members who are committed to supporting individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. While Hedwig House was Mike's first board experience, he believes that combining fresh perspectives with the experience and dedication of fellow board members has helped strengthen the organization and position it for continued growth and impact within the community.

Professionally, Mike is a Managing Director at CFGI, a leading national accounting and business advisory firm. Since graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2005, he has built a career helping organizations navigate complex financial, accounting, operational, and strategic challenges. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including nonprofit organizations, where mission-driven leadership and responsible stewardship are critical to long-term success.

Through both his professional and volunteer experiences, Mike has developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, servant leadership, and the importance of giving back to the community. He is passionate about helping organizations build strong foundations that enable them to fulfill their missions and create lasting positive change.

Mike and his wife, Joanna, are lifelong members of the North Penn community, where they both grew up and graduated from North Penn High School. They reside in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, with their four children, Benny, Miles, Quinn, and Cooper. Mike is proud to serve an organization that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of local individuals and families and remains committed to supporting the continued success of Hedwig House.
