Jill Clegg joined Fulton Bank in 2024 following its acquisition of Republic Bank, where she had built a successful career since 2019. She initially joined Republic Bank as Assistant Vice President and Store Manager of the Abington Branch and was promoted to Vice President in 2022 in recognition of her leadership and performance. In early 2024, Jill transitioned to her current role as Treasury Management Sales Officer, supporting Fulton Bank's Pennsylvania market. In this capacity, she partners with business clients to optimize payment processes, improve cash flow efficiency, and drive core deposit growth.

Prior to joining Republic Bank, Jill spent 15 years with Citizens Bank, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and Branch Manager. Throughout her tenure, she supported customers and teams across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, developing extensive experience in retail banking, business development, and client relationship management.
