Classes that make a difference!
Some members at Hedwig House recently participated in a "Therapeutic Horticulture" class held at the Norristown Farm Park. Students were able to learn the benefits both physically and psychologically of gardening and were given a hands on experience through potting their own plants and decorating their own pots! Hedwig House plans on doing more classes like this in the future as it was a good experience for both members and staff!
